Inspired by first generation DJ/Re-mixers Francois K, Larry Levan, David Mancuso, Larry Paterson and others; I began DJ'ing around 1979, I was 13 years old...for as long as I can remember; every-1's been looking to call it this, that and all kinds of other stuff...through all the looking; one truth flows strongly w/in my mind, music is absolutely every-where!!! and people dance all over the world!!! whether I'm playing it/making it and especially dancin to it...i allow myself great-freedoms to explore all music; new and old together, soul, salsa, gospel(jersey-house),rock, jazz, classical, pun-jab, reggae, Japanese, Desi-beats, Turkish, Hip-Hop, Arabian, Brazilian, Indo-jazz, R&B, Bengali, pop, Russian, 50's to present, dance and everything in between from almost every continent on earth. I believe no matter what we call it, it all comes from the same drum.
